Marketing Executive/Manager

Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media & Digital Marketing

  • Plan, create, and manage content across major platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Drive organic engagement through community management, storytelling, and consistent posting.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team to align social media activities with lead-generation goals.

2. Public Relations & Media Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate journalists, media houses, and influencers.
  • Draft press releases, event coverage notes, and media invites for project launches and milestone events.
  • Coordinate PR initiatives to boost brand visibility, award features, and project highlights.

3. Creative Marketing & Collaterals

  • Oversee the design and production of brochures, flyers, hoardings, digital ads, and other creative assets.
  • Work closely with internal designers and external agencies to maintain brand consistency and quality.
  • Contribute to creative campaign ideas for property launches, events, and site visits.

4. Campaign Planning & Execution

  • Support end-to-end marketing campaigns for new project launches and ongoing promotions.
  • Align with the sales team to understand target customers and tailor messaging accordingly.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance to improve ROI and overall marketing effectiveness.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 45 years of relevant marketing experience (preferably in real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectors).
  • Strong skills in copywriting, content creation, and storytelling.
  • Understanding of real estate customer behaviour and market trends.
  • Proficiency in tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Manager, Google Ads/Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and project management skills.
  • Capability to handle multiple projects and manage external vendors effectively.

Bonus Points If You Have

  • Experience with real estate CRM platforms (HubSpot, Salesforce, NoBrokerHood, etc.).
  • Proven success in marketing campaigns for real estate project launches.
  • Understanding of SEO, SEM, and performance marketing metrics.
