Position: Marketing Manager

Location: Kochi

Key Responsibilities:

Market Study & Analysis

• Conduct market trend research and gather data on upcoming projects (hospitals, villas, malls, residences, etc.)

• Carry out demographic and competitor surveys (pricing, products, designs, branding, etc.)

• Analyze product reception and performance for strategy development

Site Visits & Clientele Building

• Schedule appointments and showroom visits with customers and dealers

• Cold calling and follow-ups with architects, builders, designers, engineers

• Maintain prospective client directories

Sales & Marketing Execution

• Assist in pricing strategy and promote company profiles, catalogues, and e-catalogues

• Build long-term customer relationships by understanding and fulfilling their needs

• Help clients finalize products, ensure timely order delivery and payment collections

• Provide both pre- and post-sales support

• Engage in digital and online marketing efforts

• Meet sales and collection targets consistently

Exhibitions & Events

• Participate and support in organizing exhibitions and events

• Manage display setups and follow-ups

Branding & Promotion Support

• Create and distribute marketing materials

• Identify hoarding locations and assist in promotional schemes

Project Coordination

• Liaise with clients for design coordination and product finalization

• Work with internal Design & Execution teams to ensure timely display/mock-up completion

• Collect service charges where applicable

Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare detailed analytical reports weekly/monthly

• Present market research findings

Customer Service & Satisfaction

• Ensure 100% availability and prompt customer support

Candidate Profile:

Education:

• Graduate / Postgraduate / MBA in Marketing

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years in a marketing executive role

Skills:

• Strong product marketing and relationship management skills

• Team leadership and motivational abilities

• Analytical mindset with attention to detail

• Excellent communication, creativity, negotiation, and commercial awareness
