Were Hiring: Marketing Executive / Manager – ERW Pipes

Location:

Role Overview

Marketing Professional

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new customers, dealers, and distributors for ERW pipes.
Generate leads, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close sales deals.
Manage and expand existing customer accounts by providing technical and commercial support.
Conduct market research to track trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets in line with business plans.
Coordinate with production, logistics, and accounts teams to ensure timely order execution.
Represent the company at trade fairs, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
Prepare MIS reports on sales, collections, and market developments.

Key Skills & Competencies

Strong knowledge of ERW pipes, steel industry, and distribution channels.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to develop long-term client relationships and consistently achieve sales targets.
Proficiency in
MS Office and ERP systems
.
Self-motivated, proactive, and target-oriented.

Qualifications

B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Metallurgy / Civil Engineering
OR
Graduate with MBA in Marketing
.

Experience

3–10 years of experience in
sales & marketing of ERW pipes / steel tubes / structural pipes
.
Preference will be given to candidates with an existing client network in
infrastructure, water supply, or oil & gas sectors
.
