Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement marketing strategies to achieve business goals.
Conduct field visits to meet potential customers, distributors, and partners.
Promote company products/services through presentations, demonstrations, and campaigns.
Plan and execute marketing activities such as exhibitions, roadshows, and promotional events.
Identify new business opportunities and gather market insights.
Coordinate with the sales team to support lead generation and conversions.
Maintain customer relationships and ensure high customer satisfaction.
Distribute marketing materials (brochures, flyers, samples) during field visits.
Monitor competitor activities and report market trends to management.
Prepare daily/weekly marketing reports and submit them to the team.

Skills & Qualifications

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong presentation and negotiation abilities.
Knowledge of marketing principles and modern marketing tools.
Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Any degree or diploma in marketing or related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Willingness to travel for field visits.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
