Position: Marketing Executive – IVF Division (Head Office Coordination)Location: Head Office, Chennai Experience: 2–5 years in healthcare or multi-branch marketing coordination preferred Reports To: Chief Growth Officer / Marketing Head Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and organized Marketing Executive to manage and coordinate marketing activities for multiple IVF centres across India from our head office. The ideal candidate will act as the central point of communication between the head office and regional IVF branches, ensuring smooth execution of both digital and on-ground campaigns, lead flow optimization, and brand consistency. Key ResponsibilitiesCoordinate with 70+ IVF branches to implement local marketing plans, track performance, and maintain uniform branding. Liaise with digital agencies, creative teams, and local managers for campaign execution, social media posts, standees, and events. Maintain a marketing calendar covering offers, campaigns, and events across centres. Monitor branch-wise enquiry and conversion performance through CRM and ad dashboards; suggest corrective actions. Handle vendor coordination for printing, outdoor ads, and other local marketing materials. Work with the Google Ads and Meta marketing teams to optimize lead generation and cost per lead. Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing performance, spend, and ROI by branch. Coordinate new centre openings: launch campaigns, hoardings, press ads, and doctor awareness programs. Ensure that all branches adhere to corporate brand guidelines and maintain consistent messaging. Desired SkillsExcellent communication and coordination skills. Working knowledge of digital marketing, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and local marketing execution. Proficiency in Excel / Zoho CRM / Google Sheets / PowerPoint. Strong sense of ownership and ability to multitask across multiple cities. Experience in healthcare, fertility, or hospital marketing is a strong plus. QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Marketing / Business Administration / Mass Communication. 2–5 years of experience in marketing coordination, preferably in a healthcare or retail chain environment. SalaryCompetitive, commensurate with experience.
