Marketing executive

We are seeking a proactive Offline Marketing Executive to promote our EdTech programs through field marketing, institutional tie-ups, and offline campaigns. The role focuses on generating leads, building brand presence, and driving admissions through face-to-face interactions and outreach activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Promote courses and programs through offline channels (field visits, flyers, banners, events, etc.).
• Conduct seminars, workshops, and promotional activities in schools, colleges, and public spaces.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with educational institutions and local partners.
• Identify potential markets and generate leads through direct engagement.
• Support admission teams in achieving enrollment targets.
• Gather feedback from students/parents and share insights with management.
• Monitor competitor activities and suggest innovative offline marketing strategies.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports on marketing activities and lead generation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience in field/offline marketing (experience in education sector preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for campaigns and tie-ups.
• Target-driven with ability to work independently.
• Good organizational and reporting skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
