Job Description

We are seeking a results-driven Marketing Executive with strong expertise in analytics, digital marketing, and Meta (Facebook & Instagram) Ads. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns, while also supporting organic marketing initiatives to drive engagement and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Meta platforms (Facebook & Instagram).
Monitor and analyze ad performance using Meta Ads Manager and other analytics tools.
Provide insights from campaign data to improve ROI and reduce cost per acquisition.
Track key marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, ROAS) and prepare regular performance reports.
Collaborate with the creative/content team to develop engaging ad creatives and copies.
Support organic marketing efforts by coordinating engaging posts, reels, and stories.
Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithms, and best practices in digital marketing and social media advertising.
Suggest and implement data-driven strategies to improve campaign effectiveness.
Conduct competitor research and identify opportunities for growth.
Assist in budget planning and allocation for ad campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,355.10 - ₹16,000.00 per month
