Marketing Executive (Hospital)

As a Marketing Executive at our hospital, you will play a vital role in driving business development and promoting our services. Your responsibilities will include hospital marketing and promotions, TPA (Third Party Administrator) work, referral marketing, business development, networking, brand building, and awareness. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance our brand visibility and increase patient footfall. In hospital marketing and promotions, you will be tasked with promoting our services to potential clients, organizing health-related events, coordinating with doctors and hospital staff, and developing local marketing campaigns. Your role in TPA work involves building relationships with TPA partners, assisting in onboarding new TPAs, tracking TPA-related queries, and ensuring compliance with insurance guidelines. In referral marketing, you will identify key referrers, drive referral campaigns, and manage external referral networks. To excel in this role, you should have a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field, with a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in hospital marketing, TPA work, and referral marketing. Strong communication skills, knowledge of hospital marketing strategies, and the ability to work independently are essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, social media marketing, and owning transportation for visiting hospitals, partners, and referrers are required.
