Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and effective Marketing Executive to lead our school's admission and outreach activities. This role is crucial in driving student enrollment and establishing our school's presence in the community. The ideal candidate will be result-oriented and have a passion for education marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Strategic Planning: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to increase school admissions, with a focus on measurable goals and performance metrics.

2. Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and opportunities for growth in the education sector.

3. Lead Generation: Create and implement lead generation campaigns to attract prospective students and their families.

4. Digital Marketing: Oversee the school's online presence, including the website, social media, and email marketing, to effectively reach the target audience.

5. Content Creation: Develop compelling content, including blog posts, videos, and infographics, to engage and inform prospective students and parents.

6. Collaboration: Work closely with school administrators, faculty, and staff to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and the school's mission and values.

7. Budget Management: Manage the marketing budget efficiently, allocating resources to high-impact strategies and monitoring ROI.

8. Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze marketing performance data and generate reports to track progress and make data-driven decisions.

Preferred candidate profile:

Requirements:

1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.

2. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in education marketing or related field.

3. Digital Proficiency: Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.

4. Creativity: Strong creative skills to develop engaging content and marketing campaigns.
