Job Description

We are seeking a Marketing Executive to help us build and grow Crewtangle’s internal brand and presence.

What You’ll Do

Brand Marketing: Shape and strengthen Crewtangle’s identity through strategic marketing initiatives.
Content & Social Media: Create, schedule, and manage content on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, and more.
Website & Digital Presence: Update and optimize Crewtangle’s website, blogs, and online profiles.
Employer Branding: Position Crewtangle as a leading creative agency by showcasing our work, culture, and values.
Awards & PR: Identify award opportunities, craft submissions, and manage PR initiatives to enhance Crewtangle’s reputation.
Google My Business: Maintain and optimize Crewtangle’s GMB profile to boost visibility and engagement.
Email & Outreach: Manage newsletters, email marketing, and internal communications.
Creative Thinking: Collaborate with designers and content teams to develop engaging marketing materials.
Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze marketing performance to refine strategies.

Qualifications

🎓

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.✅ 1-2 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or a similar role.✅ Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and branding.✅ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.✅ Creative mindset with a keen attention to detail.✅ Ability to multitask and manage projects efficiently✅ Experience with Canva, social media tools, and basic marketing analytics is a plus✅ Copywriting skills are an added advantage📩 Ready to market the marketers?
