Company is a digital automotive marketplace connecting car buyers, sellers, and dealers across India. We help users buy and sell cars easily through verified listings, inspection services, and transparent information.

We’re looking for an energetic and self-driven Marketing Executive (Car Listing) to join our growing field team and help expand our dealer and seller network.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit car dealers, showrooms, and individual car sellers in assigned areas.
• Collect car details (make, model, year, condition, images, and documents) and list vehicles on CarFinder.co.in.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with used-car dealers and individual sellers.
• Educate partners on how to use the CarFinder platform for listing and lead management.
• Achieve daily and monthly listing and partnership targets.
• Coordinate with the backend and marketing teams to ensure listing accuracy and visibility.
• Gather market feedback, competitor insights, and report to management regularly.
• Assist in organizing local dealer meetups, promotional events, and branding campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience in sales, field marketing, or dealer onboarding (preferably in automotive, OLX, Cars24, Droom, or similar platforms).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Hindi and English.
• Must have own two-wheeler and smartphone.
• Strong understanding of digital platforms and basic knowledge of online listing.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in used-car sales, dealership relations, or automotive fieldwork.
• Knowledge of local car dealer networks and market dynamics.
• Ability to take car photographs and upload via mobile app or website.
