Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
Conduct market research and analyze trends to support strategy
Support social media management (content planning, posting, monitoring)
Help create promotional materials such as flyers, emails, and presentations
Coordinate with the design and content team for campaign assets
Assist in organizing marketing events, exhibitions, and activations
Maintain marketing databases and assist in reporting campaign performance
Learn and use marketing tools like Google Ads, Meta Ads, Canva, Mailchimp, etc.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or any related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Basic understanding of marketing principles and tools
Willingness to learn and take initiative
Ability to work well in a team and under deadlines
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
