Job Description


We are looking for a dynamic and creative Marketing Executive who will lead our ATL & BTL marketing initiatives with a strong focus on on-ground brand activations. This role requires someone who can bring concepts to life through experiential marketing, manage large-scale offline events, and deliver impactful consumer engagements that boost brand awareness, visibility, and sales.

What You'll Own

  • On-Ground Activations:

    Plan, design, and execute offline brand activities such as pop-ups, kiosks, exhibitions, roadshows, sampling drives, retail takeovers, and more.
  • End-to-End BTL Management:

    Lead the full cycle of BTL initiatives ideation, budgeting, vendor sourcing, fabrication, permissions, logistics, and on-ground execution.
  • Event Identification & Partnerships:

    Evaluate relevant events, expos, college fests, cultural events, and partnerships to strengthen brand presence and reach.
  • Creative Offline Experiences:

    Conceptualize impactful brand experiences for launches, campaigns, and key marketing moments to drive engagement and business results.
  • Team Management:

    Manage, train, and supervise promoters, brand ambassadors, and event staff to ensure high-quality consumer interactions.
  • Cross-Team Collaboration:

    Work closely with marketing, creative, and performance teams to ensure seamless integration of online and offline campaigns.
  • Performance & ROI Tracking:

    Track KPIs like footfall, leads, engagement, and conversions, and optimize activation strategies for maximum ROI.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience:

    36 years of hands-on experience in experiential marketing, BTL, or on-ground brand activations (experience in FMCG, consumer brands, lifestyle, or D2C is preferred).
  • Execution Excellence:

    Proven ability to manage activations end-to-endfrom concept to flawless delivery.
  • Vendor Network:

    Strong relationships with vendors and agencies, with sharp negotiation and coordination skills.
  • Creative Instinct:

    Strong eye for detail in design, setup, flow, and physical consumer experiences.
  • Operational Agility:

    Ability to work under pressure, handle last-minute challenges, and still deliver wow experiences.
  • Fast-Paced Mindset:

    Comfortable working in dynamic environments with high experimentation and quick turnarounds.

Bonus Points

  • Experience launching products or offline campaigns with measurable success.
  • Ability to create viral, Instagrammable, and buzz-worthy experiences beyond traditional BTL.
  • Exposure to campus activations, mall events, retail experiences, and experiential storytelling.

Key Skills Required

  • BTL & On-Ground Marketing:

  • Experiential Marketing:

    Ability to develop memorable, interactive offline experiences that build brand love.

    Ability to translate brand briefs into powerful offline experiences.
  • Consumer Understanding:

    Deep insight into how consumers behave in physical spaces and convert interactions into transactions.
  • Budget & ROI Ownership:

    Skilled in planning budgets, negotiating costs, and tracking key performance metrics.
  • Project Management:

    Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and solve on-ground challenges quickly.
  • Team & Stakeholder Management:

    Strong leadership to handle promoters, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Innovation & Trends:

    Brings fresh, culture-inspired, and trend-led ideas to elevate brand presence.

Communication Skills

  • Excellent presentation, reporting, and collaboration skills across internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
