Job Description

Role Summary: Responsible for generating qualified leads and driving sales through IndiaMART, Justdial, LinkedIn, and digital channels, while supporting client acquisition and brand growth. Key Responsibilities: Manage and respond to B2B and local leads (IndiaMART, Justdial) within 30 minutes. Develop proposals, presentations, and follow-up communications to close deals. Assist in running digital campaigns (Google/LinkedIn Ads) to attract new clients. Coordinate with the sales and development teams to convert leads into projects. Maintain a CRM (Zoho) for lead tracking and reporting. Requirements: 1-3 years of experience in marketing or sales (IT/software preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills. Ability to meet monthly lead conversion and revenue targets.
