🧵 About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Executive with prior experience in apparel retail or fashion brands. The ideal candidate should have hands-on involvement in offline store promotions and a solid understanding of digital marketing tools. This role is best suited for someone who understands the nuances of apparel retail and is excited to grow in both offline and digital spaces.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities:

🏬 Offline Store Marketing

* Execute in-store and mall-based campaigns (flyers, walk-ins, activations).

* Partner with malls and retail spaces for joint promotions.

* Monitor offline campaign success & track footfall.

📱 Digital Marketing

* Support content creation for social (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).

* Work with the design team for campaign visuals.

* Run local ad campaigns (Meta/Google Ads) to drive store traffic.

📊 Reporting & Coordination

* Maintain dashboards and marketing reports.

* Act as a bridge between store teams and digital vendors.

✅ Desired Candidate Profile:

* 2–3 years in apparel/fashion/retail marketing (mandatory).

* Exposure to both offline marketing and digital campaigns.

* Creative execution skills and an understanding of retail customer behavior.

* Proficiency in Canva, Google Ads Manager, Excel.

* Strong coordination & communication skills.
