Andrology Center, based in Coimbatore is looking for a motivated marketing professional having experience in the medical/diagnostic lab industry Essential skills: Preferably with experience in Pharma, Diagnostics, Insurance or Institutional Sales, and an educational background in Science (Biology, Chemistry, Physics or related fields). Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills Excellent computer skills Positive attitude Willing to shoulder responsibilities Target oriented goal achiever who enjoys marketing Willing to travel extensively in Karnataka (or specified regions in South/West India) pursuing and converting business leads Skill to convince highly qualified medical professionals Ability to handle difficult situations Be able to speak fluently in Kannada/Telugu/Malayalam/Tamil/Hindi in addition to English Responsibilities: Obtain a thorough understanding of the services provided and explain the same in person or over the phone to medical professionals Plan, discuss and execute an effective marketing strategy and convert as many leads as possible Reporting on daily and weekly basis. In addition to possessing the essential skills mentioned in the job description above, our ideal candidate will also: Have a 2 wheeler/own transport Establish, maintain and expand customer base for regions assigned. Achieve sales targets for set period Identify causes for non-achievement of targets, if any Keep updated on competitors and come up with suitable strategies Keep abreast of changing market trends and identify opportunities for further growth
