Key Responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and execute marketing events from concept to completion
• Develop event strategies and objectives aligned with marketing goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless event execution
• Manage event budgets, timelines, and logistics efficiently
• Liaise with vendors, venues, and sponsors to ensure operational excellence
• Drive event promotion through digital and traditional marketing channels
• Track, analyze, and report on event performance metrics
• Gather post-event feedback and provide actionable insights for improvement
• Collecting Leads from the Trade shows
• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices
• Support the marketing team in campaign planning and brand initiatives
• Creating Brochures
• Organising Seminars

Requirements

• MBA in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in event planning and marketing coordination
• Strong project management and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management tools/software
• Understanding of social media and digital marketing trends
• Open to travel across the Middle East & Asia---
