Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in chandigarh for a Marketing Event Coordinator. The role involves planning, organizing, and executing marketing events to promote Magnet Cowork's offerings. Responsibilities include developing event concepts, coordinating with vendors and stakeholders, managing event logistics, and ensuring high-quality customer experiences. The coordinator will also handle event communication, track event success, and work closely with the marketing team to align event strategies with branding goals.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Event Planning, Event Management, and organizing successful events
• Expertise in Event Marketing and creating effective promotional strategies for events
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize responsibilities, and meet deadlines
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field
• Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
