Marketing Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Marketing Engineer to promote our MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing) engineering services and training programs. The candidate will be responsible for business expansion through client acquisition, engineering college collaborations, and promoting MEP career opportunities among young engineers.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop business opportunities for MEP design, consulting, and execution projects.
• Establish and maintain partnerships with engineering colleges for training, internships, seminars, and placement support.
• Promote Unique MEP’s training programs to engineering students and guide them on MEP career pathways.
• Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and promotional activities in colleges and industry events.
• Generate and nurture leads through field visits, digital promotions, and client interactions.
• Collaborate with the technical team to prepare proposals, cost estimations, and marketing materials.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure repeat business.
• Monitor market trends, competitors, and industry requirements to support strategic planning.
• Maintain accurate records of visits, leads, conversions, and revenue targets.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Strong communication, presentation, and client-handling skills.
• Knowledge of MEP engineering concepts and market demand (preferred).
• Ability to work independently and meet business development targets.
• Good negotiation skills and a customer-oriented approach.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools is an added advantage.

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (EEE, Mechanical, Civil preferred).
• Freshers with excellent communication and marketing interest may also apply.
• Previous experience in MEP or education marketing will be an added advantage.
