What are we looking for? ?¢Project Management:Proven experience in managing complex projects, preferably in the digital marketing domain, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.?¢Stakeholder Management:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with client stakeholders, technical teams, and leadership.?¢Resource Coordination:Ability to allocate and manage project resources efficiently, ensuring optimal team performance and productivity.?¢Problem-Solving:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and make data-driven decisions. ?¢Team Leadership:Experience in leading cross-functional teams, fostering collaboration, and promoting a positive team culture.?¢Technical Background:Basic technical knowledge in areas relevant to campaign development, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL, or scripting languages (e.g., AMPscripts).?¢Agile Project Management:Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Scrum, Kanban) for iterative project execution. ?¢Data Analysis:Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to derive insights from campaign performance data.
Roles and Responsibilities: Project Planning & Requirement Gathering:Collaborate with client stakeholders, technical leads, & campaign developers to define project/campaign scope, objectives, deliverables, & timelines. Create comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, dependencies, resource requirements, document, & track updates regularly. Ensure request submitted by Clients are complete & accurate before assigning it toCampaign Developers.Stakeholder Communication:Act as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications. Regularly engage with client stakeholders to provide updates on project progress, gather feedback, & manage expectations. Resource Management:Allocate project & campaign tasks to campaign developers & technical leads based on their expertise & availability. Ensure that team members have the necessary resources & support to fulfil their responsibilities effectively.Risk Assessment & Mitigation:Identify potential project risks & issues, both technical & non-technical, & develop mitigation strategies to minimize their impact on project success.Post Implementation Review:Ensure Deliverables meet the highest standards of quality, adhering to best practices & client requirements. Conduct thorough testing & review processes before deliverables are shared for client review & approval. Ensure feedbacks are well documented & communicated to Developers/ Team leads.Marketing Automation Platform Knowledge:Familiarity with Marekto, Adobe Experience Cloud or Salesforce Marketing Cloud platforms or equivalent platforms & their respective tools (e.g., Adobe Marketo, SFMC Email Studio, Journey Builder). Budget & Cost Control:Manage project budgets, track expenses, & control costs throughout the project lifecycle. Work closely with finance teams to ensure project financials align with the approved. Timeline Management:Monitor project timelines, identify potential delays, & implement corrective actions to keep the project on track for timely delivery.Change Management:Manage change requests & scope adjustments throughout the project. Evaluate the impact of changes on timelines, resources, & budgets & obtain necessary approvals. Work Orchestration & Data hygiene:Fully understand ticketing/request management tool & accurately record updates, assignments, data points, timestamps etc. to provide seamless experience to both internal & external stakeholders.Adhere to all Desktop Procedures (DTPs) / Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) along with checklist & other important process document wherever applicable
