Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for a Marketing Director, located in Morbi with some work from home acceptable. The Marketing Director will be responsible for overseeing market planning, managing marketing strategies, conducting market research, and driving overall marketing efforts. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with sales teams to align marketing strategies and ensuring effective implementation of marketing plans.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Market Planning and Marketing Management
• Experience in conducting Market Research
• Proven ability in developing and implementing Marketing strategies
• Sales experience and the ability to collaborate with sales teams
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• Master's degree or relevant certifications are an added advantage
• Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for hybrid work structure
