Marketing & Design Coordinator

Job Role

We are looking for a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Marketing Executive to join our team full-time at The Brick Store office in Vadodara.

The core responsibility (70%) will be to create visually impactful designs for digital and print platforms. Alongside design work, the candidate will support key marketing functions (30%) such as campaign coordination, content planning, vendor interaction, and basic research. This position is ideal for someone who is creatively strong but also eager to contribute to overall brand and marketing activities.

Key Responsibilities

Design (Primary role: 70%)

• Create social media creatives, posts, and campaign visuals
• Develop marketing collaterals, brochures, presentations, and print materials
• Repurpose existing brand assets into fresh, high-quality content
• Maintain brand consistency across all outputs
• Stay updated with modern design trends and digital design practices

Marketing Support (Supporting role: 30%)

• Assist in executing marketing campaigns and initiatives
• Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams
• Support planning and scheduling for social media content
• Conduct basic competitor and market research
• Assist with branding requirements for events, shoots, or on-ground activities

Qualifications Preferred:

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong, relevant portfolio
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Ability to design for digital and print platforms
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, color theory and branding
• Interest or basic experience in marketing activities is a plus
• Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving
• Degree in Design, Communication, Fine Arts, or related fields preferred but not mandatory
