Job Role & Responsibilities:

D2C Marketing Agent

Your primary responsibilities include:

• Generate

  minimum 5 qualified leads per month

  through your personal/professional network, fieldwork, or digital efforts.
• Educate leads about the offerings and USPs of ParrotNerds.
• Collaborate with the counseling team to ensure proper follow-up and enrollment closures.
• Represent the brand with integrity and clarity.
• Work independently and maintain regular communication with the core team.

Commission & Payout Structure:

• Earn

  10–20% commission

  on every successful lead conversion (enrollment to paid program).
• Recurring commission opportunities for bulk enrollments, institutional contacts, or multi-course sign-ups.
• No fixed salary initially –

  performance-based payout

  with opportunity for growth into a full-time salaried role upon consistent performance.

Ideal Candidate:

Passionate about education, youth development, and communication-based learning. (Social Media Influencers)

Has existing connections in schools, communities, tuition centers, or parenting circles (preferred).

Self-driven with basic communication & persuasion skills.

Digital/social media fluency is a plus.

Work Mode:

• Remote / Field-based (depending on your network and strategy)
• Weekly check-ins via Zoom/WhatsApp with reporting head
