Marketing & Creative Interns

We are looking for passionate Marketing & Creative Interns who can think outside the box, create compelling stories, and support our mission of building VINR into a big brand. This is a hands-on role where you’ll learn everything about D2C brand-building — from influencer campaigns and social media strategy to creative content design and festival marketing.

• Help in PR campaigns – content for startup pages, blogs, and press notes.
• On-ground activations – support in planning and executing kiosks/pop-up stalls at malls, exhibitions, and public places to showcase VINR products, engage with customers, and collect feedback.

Creative Interns

• Ideate and design creatives for social media (festivals, campaigns, memes, influencer collabs).
• Assist in creating product mockups, packaging designs, lifestyle banners, and A+ content.
• Research design trends in beauty & lifestyle brands (Dot & Key, Plum, Mamaearth, etc.) and apply them to VINR’s identity.
• Support video creation – storyboards, editing, and campaign reels.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to bring campaigns to life visually.

What You’ll Learn

• How to build a D2C beauty brand from scratch.
• Real-world exposure to performance marketing, influencer strategy, creative campaigns, and on-ground activations.
• The art of designing brand visuals that compete with India’s leading skincare & haircare startups.
• End-to-end knowledge of e-commerce + offline brand presence.

Ideal Candidate

• Passionate about beauty, skincare, and digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, and trending content.
• Basic knowledge of design tools (Canva/Photoshop/Illustrator/Figma).
• Creative thinker with an eye for aesthetics, trends, and storytelling.
• Comfortable in customer interaction during kiosk activations.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and ready to experiment.

Pay: ₹8,113.81 - ₹25,169.63 per month
