Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator based in Ahmedabad. The Marketing Coordinator will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including planning and managing events, creating marketing materials, and coordinating sales and promotional strategies. The role involves close collaboration with various teams to ensure projects are delivered on time. Additionally, the Coordinator will play a key role in fostering strong communication between internal teams and external partners, ensuring marketing goals are met efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Campaign Execution:

  Assist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.

• Internal Communication:

  Facilitate smooth information flow between teams to ensure timely updates, clarity, and alignment on campaign deliverables.

• Content & Creative Coordination:

  Coordinate with designers, copywriters, and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

• Market Research:

  Conduct competitor and trend analysis to support marketing strategy.

• Performance Tracking:

  Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports for review.

• Event Support:

  Coordinate promotional events, launches, and brand activities.

• Brand Consistency:

  Ensure messaging and visuals adhere to brand guidelines.
