Marketing Coordinator

The Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns, events, and initiatives. The role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate across departments to ensure timely execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the development and implementation of marketing campaigns (digital, print, and offline).
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and partners to execute marketing activities.
• Manage content calendars for social media, email campaigns, and other communication channels.
• Support in organizing events, webinars, trade shows, and promotional activities.
• Monitor, track, and report on campaign performance using analytics tools.
• Assist in creating and proofreading marketing materials to ensure accuracy and brand consistency.
• Maintain databases, contact lists, and marketing collateral libraries.
• Support lead generation activities and follow up on campaign-driven leads.
• Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis to provide insights.
• Handle administrative tasks related to marketing projects, including budgeting and invoicing.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in a marketing support or coordination role (internships count).
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, HubSpot, etc.).
• Good communication skills—both written and verbal.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
