Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Project Coordinator / Marketing Assistant. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of marketing projects and campaigns while learning the ins and outs of marketing operations in a dynamic, global environment. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to help coordinate marketing tasks, track project progress, and contribute to brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Support the marketing team in implementing plans and campaign activities
Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing projects and timelines
Help track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and schedules
Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
Assist with event planning, PR outreach, and content coordination
Compile performance metrics and campaign summaries
Support team meetings through agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
Internship or coursework experience in marketing, branding, or project coordination is a plus
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Eye for detail, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
