Marketing Coordinator / Assistant

Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our marketing team as a Marketing Project Coordinator / Marketing Assistant. In this entry-level role, you will play a key part in supporting the execution of marketing projects and campaigns while learning the ins and outs of marketing operations in a dynamic, global environment. You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and collaborate across departments to help coordinate marketing tasks, track project progress, and contribute to brand-building initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in implementing plans and campaign activities
• Assist in organizing and coordinating marketing projects and timelines
• Help track and monitor project deliverables, milestones, and schedules
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors as needed
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports
• Assist with event planning, PR outreach, and content coordination
• Compile performance metrics and campaign summaries
• Support team meetings through agenda prep, note-taking, and follow-ups

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
• Internship or coursework experience in marketing, branding, or project coordination is a plus
• Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Eye for detail, eagerness to learn, and a team-first attitude
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
