Job Description

Technical Skills –

Auditing Role & Responsibilities -

  • Audit property details such as pet policies, office hours, amenities, and photography for completion and accuracy.
  • Responsible for following Greystar or client standards surrounding photography expectations, naming, and categorizing.
  • Review Salesforce content for basic property information to confirm accuracy and completion. Update where needed.
  • Review and update photography alt text for accuracy and spelling. Update where needed.
  • Determine correct photography file size and resize where needed.
  • Responsible for auditing published content on ILS’s to confirm accurate content feeding through Syndication site.
  • Responsible for identifying issues found and working to resolve those issues as quickly as possible.
  • Management of auditing spreadsheet, documentation and categorization of work to be communicated to NCM project leads for actions needed.
