Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing & Consumer Psychology Intern with a background in Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology or Clinical Psychology. This role involves engaging with parents (national and international), explaining ARULA’s approach, and driving Initial Assessment (IA) bookings. The ideal candidate will have a passion for understanding consumer behavior and a drive to contribute to impactful outcomes for families and children.

Key ResponsibilitiesParent Engagement:

• Reach out to and interact with parents who have shown interest in ARULA’s program.
• Clearly and empathetically explain ARULA’s unique approach, highlighting its transformative benefits.
• Build trust and establish meaningful relationships with potential clients, ensuring clarity and confidence in the program.

Initial Assessment (IA) Bookings:

• Assist parents in booking ARULA’s Initial Assessment, addressing questions and overcoming objections.
• Work toward achieving and surpassing individual IA booking targets.

Global & National Outreach:

• Communicate with parents from diverse cultural backgrounds, tailoring engagement strategies accordingly.
• Uphold professionalism and empathy in all client interactions, fostering a positive experience.

Consumer Psychology Application:

• Leverage psychological principles to understand client behaviors and improve communication strategies.
• Provide insights to enhance the overall client onboarding process.

Skills & QualificationsEducational Background:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Clinical Psychology, or a related field.

Required Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to explain concepts with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
• Confidence in interacting with clients from diverse cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds.

Preferred Skills:

• Understanding of consumer behavior and psychology.
• Interest in autism therapy, education technology, or mission-driven initiatives.
• Prior experience in client interaction, customer service, or sales is a plus.

Compensation & BenefitsBase Pay:

• ₹2,500 per month (contingent on no holidays being taken).

Commission:

• Handsome commission for every IA booking secured.
