Marketing Communications Lead

As the Marketing & Communications Lead at ORI Folded Dreams in Vadodara, India, you will play a pivotal role in shaping how the world perceives and engages with our brand. ORI is a design studio dedicated to creating modular, culturally inspired, and meaningful products that aim to evoke a sense of intention, presence, and beauty in everyday life. Your responsibilities will revolve around maintaining our brand's consistent voice - one that is calm, elegant, and culturally rooted. You will be instrumental in planning and executing campaigns for product launches and seasonal events, managing content across various platforms such as Instagram, website, email, and packaging. Additionally, you will oversee our social media presence primarily on Instagram, collaborating with creators and agencies to develop engaging visual and written content. Running paid campaigns, creating feedback systems, and implementing marketing strategies will also be part of your day-to-day tasks. To excel in this role, you should possess at least 13 years of experience in marketing, content creation, or communications. A strong interest in design, branding, and cultural storytelling is essential, along with excellent communication skills and a keen eye for good design. Proficiency in tools like Canva, Instagram, Google Docs, and Notion will be advantageous. We are seeking someone who thrives in small, creative teams and is passionate about building a brand from the ground up. Your working hours will be from Monday to Saturday, starting at 9am and concluding at 6pm.
