What Youll Do Digital Presence & Content Manage website updates, blogs, and SEO Own the Endiya Newsletter: content, creative, and distribution Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and SEO platforms, and use AI tools to improve content quality, understand audience sentiment, and boost visibility via AEO Enhance Endiyas presence on LinkedIn and Twitter/X with engaging content Oversee creatives and stay on top of content trends Explore AI-driven marketing formats, workflows, and automation tools Contribute to quarterly ecosystem insights and deal trend reports Events & Ecosystem Support portfolio community sessions, ecosystem events, and PR agency coordination Engage with industry bodies and content partners What You Bring Experience: 7-10 years in branding and marketing; VC or startup experience is a plus Education: Business or relevant degree (e.g., Marketing, Finance); Marketing/Communications degree is a plus Mindset: Decent understanding of the VC/startup ecosystem, strong branding/PR/creative bent, excited about social media, tech-savvy (AI-aware), and solid program management skills Soft Skills: Excellent communicator, collaborative team player. This role involves comprehensive support in fund compliances, transaction support and ESG reviews. Primary Responsibilities Compliance Ensuring compliance of the funds with various statutes, esp. SEBI AIF regulations, RBI guidelines, including timely submissions, disclosures and reporting Reviewing and guiding portfolio companies on regulatory, and corporate governance compliance, disseminating best practices and updates as needed Tracking regulatory changes and implementing policy or process updates as required Transaction support Program management of investment, divestment and other transactions across portfolio companies, including due diligence, documentation, closing, compliance tracking Monitoring and reviewing of various pre and post transaction activities, including necessary documentation, updation of fund management platform etc. ESG reviews Implementing ESG policies, periodic monitoring across the portfolio companies and regular reporting to stakeholders Enhancing governance policies for the fund periodically Requirements Qualified CS or LLB or CA 3-5 yrs of prior experience, preferably at funds or legal firms Good understanding of Indian funds, compliances, transaction process, ESG frameworks Experience with fast-paced, high-growth entrepreneurial environments Proactive learner with ability to interpret evolving regulations Self-motivated individual with a results-driven mindset and possessing strong documentation management and communication skills.
