Role & responsibilities

About the Role:

Marketing & Communications Executive

Key Responsibilities:

1. Campaign Management

  • Plan, create, and execute communication campaigns across SMS, WhatsApp, Email, and In-App platforms.
  • Manage segmentation and targeting to deliver personalised and relevant communication.
  • Ensure campaigns are aligned with marketing goals and city-level business priorities.

2. Content & Creative Coordination

  • Write clear, engaging, and impactful copies for various digital and automated communication channels.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure visuals match communication objectives and brand voice.
  • Tailor messaging based on cohorts, cities, and customer/driver segments.

3. Analytics & Reporting

  • Track campaign performance through engagement metrics such as CTR, conversions, opt-outs, etc.
  • Analyse data to derive insights, identify patterns, and optimise future campaigns.
  • Prepare and share performance reports and actionable recommendations with the marketing team.

4. Coordination & Execution

  • Work closely with city teams, central marketing, and BI teams for streamlined execution.
  • Manage communication and automation tools such as WebEngage, Gupshup, Infobip, etc.
  • Maintain campaign calendars to avoid overlaps and ensure timely execution.

5. Quality & Compliance

  • Ensure accuracy in content, links, scheduling, and campaign deployment.
  • Uphold brand guidelines and maintain a consistent communication tone.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and DLT norms for SMS/WhatsApp communications.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in marketing, communications, or digital marketing.
  • Strong copywriting and proofreading skills in English (Hindi proficiency is a plus).
  • Experience with communication platforms such as WebEngage, Gupshup, Infobip, or similar.
  • Analytical mindset with strong reporting and data interpretation skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage tight deadlines effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace.
