Marketing and Communications

• Content Strategy & Execution:

• Design, write, and deliver compelling communications through multi-channel campaigns (email, intranet, Internal websites, social platforms), aligning messaging to DLHPs brand, identity, and business objectives.
• Use GenAI, Large Language Models, and machine learning to personalize content, and increase engagement.

• Website & Online Presence Management:

• Lead content development for websites, updates, refresh cycles, and collaborations with internal communication teams.
• Ensure design consistency, accessibility, and effective learner experience across all platforms.

• Campaigns & Brand Socialization:

• Collaborate with marketing, communications, and business teams to execute branding initiatives, launches, and events that foster connection to learning & development.
• Partner across geographies to coordinate campaigns, resolve issues, and maximize impact.

Analytics, Reporting, and Dashboard Management

• Monitor and analyze communication and website performance using Power BI, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, and similar tools.
• Build interactive dashboards and regular reports on engagement, learning outcomes, and campaign effectiveness.
• Provide actionable insights to leadership, enabling data-driven improvements and strategic decisions.

Project Management & Strategic Initiatives

• Project Coordination:

• Develop, coordinate, and track project plans and timelines for core L&D initiatives, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Prepare and maintain documentation (plans, minutes, reports), keeping stakeholders informed through regular updates.
• Identify, plan, and execute cross-functional projects with DLHP, L&D and enabling teams (operations, technology, finance, etc.).

• Learning Technology Enablement:

• Research, test, and integrate new technologies that enhance training, engagement, and user experience.
• Innovate and contribute ideas for process improvement across learning and communications.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Serve as an advisor and collaborative partner to portfolio leads, project owners, and business leadersaligning initiatives and communications with organizational goals.
• Facilitate clear, consistent updates; support change management and culture-building efforts across L&D functions.

Qualifications, Skills, & Competencies

• MBA in Marketing & Communications, Business.
• >5 years of experience in conceptualizing and setting the strategy for Marketing and Communications and delivering on the strategy with clear outcomes for the organization.
• Capability in engaging stakeholders to drive buy in for marketing and comms initiatives and plans and its alignment to business strategy.
• Hands-on experience with GenAI, LLMs, and machine learning for digital content creation and site management.
• Hands-on experience with Marketing and Communications tools & Technology.
• Advanced skills in Analytics, MS Excel, PowerBI to articulate value of marketing initiatives and success of campaigns and communications.
• Proven ability to analyze digital engagement data and apply digital marketing expertise to optimize campaign strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts for enterprise-wide audiences and stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills; capable of navigating a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
