Job Description

Role & responsibilities:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager with a strong background in IT/SaaS to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive lead generation, and support business growth. The ideal candidate will have expertise in digital marketing, content creation, brand management, and customer engagement within the technology sector. He/ She must have good understanding of technology and be familiar with what goes into B2B marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and measure campaign effectiveness.

Brand Management:

  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Manage brand positioning in alignment with company objectives.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing collateral, including brochures, presentations, and case studies.

Content Marketing & Communication:

  • Create compelling content, including blogs, whitepapers, newsletters, and product updates.
  • Plan and execute email marketing campaigns targeting customer engagement and retention.
  • Manage social media channels to promote brand awareness and thought leadership.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:

  • Work closely with the sales team to create marketing materials that support lead conversion.
  • Collaborate with product teams to design go-to-market strategies for new features and services.
  • Manage external agencies and vendors for creative and technical support.

Campaign Management:

  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email marketing, events and digital marketing across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
  • Coordinating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and within budget

Team Management:

  • Leading and managing the marketing team, including hiring, training, and supervising staff members
  • Delegating tasks, setting performance targets, and providing guidance and support to ensure the teams success

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration,

or a related field.

  • 8+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the IT/SaaS industry.
  • Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, SEMrush).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to think strategically.
  • Experience with project management and team collaboration tools (e.g., Trello, Asana).
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
  • Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills.
