Work Location: Mainly Districts in Malabar Region (Kasargod to Thrissur)
Mode: Field & Coordination Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and execute all business development opportunities across Kerala.
• Initiate and manage college-level collaborations and awareness programmes.
• Coordinate career guidance sessions, orientations, and college-level events.
• Build and maintain strong connections between colleges and Teammates Academy.
• Collect and manage student data and leads effectively.
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve business and enrollment goals.

Ideal Candidate:

• Smart, confident, and proactive communicator with strong networking and presentation skills.
• Willing to travel anywhere across Kerala for coordination, events, and partnerships.
• Passionate about education, marketing, and career development initiatives.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
