Role Description

We are looking for a dedicated Marketing Associate to join our team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Goregaon. The Marketing Associate will oversee marketing efforts, conduct market research, support sales strategies, assist with project management, and manage effective communication with internal and external stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with team members to create campaigns, drive event promotions, and achieve sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders
• Experience in market research and ability to analyze market trends
• Sales and marketing expertise with a focus on driving campaign success and event promotions
• Proficiency in project management to ensure organized and timely execution of marketing initiatives
• Ability to work in a dynamic on-site environment and adapt to fast-paced work demands
• Graduate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory)
• Familiarity with the event or entertainment industry is an added advantage
