Marketing Associate

As a Marketing Associate at Skill Park, you will play a crucial role in promoting our training programs within the educational and local community settings, primarily in Malappuram and neighboring regions. Your responsibilities will include visiting schools, colleges, and organizations to introduce Skill Park's offerings, conducting presentations and meetings with students and educators, generating and managing leads, as well as supporting local marketing campaigns and events. Additionally, you will collaborate with the digital marketing team to ensure alignment between offline and online efforts. Maintaining detailed reports on visits, leads, and conversions will be an essential part of your role, alongside building and nurturing relationships with key educational stakeholders. The ideal candidate for this position holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. We welcome freshers who are self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working in a field-based role. A good understanding of local communities and the educational landscape in Malappuram is crucial, along with proficiency in Malayalam. Knowledge of English and Hindi is a bonus, and having a two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
