Primary Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize marketing campaigns aligned with organizational goals.
• Conduct market analysis, identify trends, and support strategic marketing initiatives.
• Enhance brand visibility through innovative community engagement activities.

Secondary Responsibilities

Community & School Engagement

• Visit schools, coaching centers, and local tuition teachers.
• Distribute leaflets outside schools/markets/offices & collect leads.
• Organize canopy & RWA activities (liaising with authorities and setting senior-level meetings).

Relationship Building

• Meet school admins/principals and schedule senior-level discussions.
• Participate in annual functions, exam seasons, and special occasions (birthdays/anniversaries).
• Build collaborations with coaching owners & tuition teachers.
