Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Plan and execute ATL/BTL campaigns

    to drive brand visibility and generate quality leads.
  • Manage local and regional marketing activities

    across offline (events, print, OOH, etc.)
  • Coordinate with internal departments

    (design, content, operations) and external vendors/agencies for smooth and timely campaign execution.
  • Drive footfall and engagement

    at centers through promotions, events, and community outreach programs.
  • Track, monitor, and report campaign performance

    using relevant KPIs and metrics; suggest improvements for better ROI.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis

    to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  • Support content and creative development

    for marketing campaigns, including brochures, banners, digital ads, etc.
  • Manage marketing budgets

    , ensuring campaigns are delivered cost-effectively within allocated limits.
  • Oversee on-ground staff and marketing teams
