Marketing Associate

We are looking for a smart, creative, and driven Marketing Associate (for our IT Consulting Business) who is passionate about Marketing, Design, and Client Outreach. The ideal candidate should be comfortable using platforms like LinkedIn, making Outbound calls, and exploring new ways to generate leads and create brand awareness. Freshers with strong communication and Canva skills are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, and other outreach platforms.
• Create and manage posts, pitch decks, and marketing content using Canva.
• Connect with potential clients and partners across LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and email.
• Assist in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure branding and messaging consistency.
• Monitor campaign performance and suggest improvements.
• Research new marketing ideas, tools, and trends.

Desired Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication in English.
• Creative thinking and a good design sense.
• Proficiency with Canva (basic to advanced level).
• Comfortable with LinkedIn and making phone/video calls.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of digital platforms (optional, we will train).

Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
