Marketing Associate

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to spearhead marketing initiatives, execute campaigns, and contribute to strategic planning at the executive level. This role is pivotal in enhancing brand visibility, driving student acquisition, and strengthening institutional relationships in alignment with our organizational goals.

Primary Responsibilities

Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize on-ground and digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with organizational strategy and measurable outcomes.

Market Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify trends, student needs, and competitor activities; leverage insights to strengthen brand positioning.

Strategic Contribution: Work closely with senior leadership to conceptualize and implement outreach strategies that drive admissions, student engagement, and community presence.

Secondary Responsibilities (Field Outreach & Community Engagement)

School Engagement:

Visit local schools, coordinate with school administrators/principals, and secure appointments for senior leadership.

Build long-term relationships with schools to facilitate academic partnerships and brand presence.

Coaching/Tuition Center Liaison:

Collaborate with tuition teachers and coaching institute owners for potential partnerships and student referral programs.

Maintain strong ground-level networks to expand reach and credibility.

Community & RWA Activities:

Organize canopy activities, leaflet distribution (at schools, coaching centers, markets, offices), and neighborhood-level engagement.

Conduct meetings with Resident Welfare Associations (RWAs) to secure opportunities for community-level outreach.

Data Collection & Reporting:

Collect, verify, and upload student/lead data into the system to support lead management and performance tracking.

Provide periodic reports and feedback to management on outreach effectiveness.
