• Contribute to real marketing projects by improving franchisee online presence, making updates, and supporting campaigns so they perform better

• Support initiatives across SEO, social, paid ads, and content with detail and consistency

• Research marketing trends, test ideas, and apply learnings to live projects

• Assist with reporting, dashboards, and quality checks

• Learn directly from senior marketers while being accountable for your own deliverables

• Integrity and honesty in everything you do

• Work ethic and discipline to finish tasks on time, even when remote

• Curiosity to keep researching, testing, and asking why

• Clear, respectful, and professional communication with teammates

• Experience in any of SEO, social media, paid ads, content, or analytics

• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Google Analytics, or Meta Ads

• Strong written communication skills and attention to detail

INR 500,000 to INR 700,000 annually, based on skills and experience.
