Marketing Assistant

We are a growing preschool dedicated to providing high-quality Islamic early childhood education in an English-speaking environment. We are looking for a motivated Marketing Assistant / Intern to support our customer relationship management and parent engagement efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer relationship management (CRM) activities
• Communicate with prospective and current parents via phone, email, and messaging platforms
• Follow up on inquiries, leads, and enrollment processes
• Support customer fulfillment and ensure a positive parent experience
• Assist with basic marketing tasks and promotional activities
• Maintain accurate records of communications and customer data
• Coordinate with the admissions and administrative team

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Fluent in English (spoken and written) as this is the primary working language.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
• Comfortable interacting with parents and families
• Basic computer skills (email, Google Sheets)
• Interest in marketing, customer service, or education
• Preferably females

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service, marketing, or admissions (a plus but not required)
• Students or recent graduates are welcome to apply
• Having a degree is a plus. 12th (2nd PUC) is required
