Marketing Assistant / Tele Caller (Female)

A marketing assistant cum tele caller (female) for a landscaping business is expected to handle a mix of marketing support tasks and telephone-based customer outreach. Responsibilities

• Initiate and answer calls to generate leads and inform clients about landscaping services.
• Follow up on inquiries, convert leads to clients, and maintain regular communication.
• Support digital and offline marketing campaigns, including market research and report preparation.
• Maintain and update the client database, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up on leads.
• Schedule meetings, site visits, and appointments for field staff as needed.
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, promotional materials, and other marketing documents.
• Handle administrative duties such as organizing office records, drafting communications, and providing customer service.
• Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to develop and implement effective strategies to achieve sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in marketing, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, telecalling, or customer service is desirable.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills; additional regional language proficiency may be a plus.
• Good working knowledge of office and CRM software (such as Microsoft Office Suite).
• Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills.
