Sales and Marketing Officer (Male)

Key Responsibilities:

• Sales Strategy & Execution:Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue and meet sales targets.
• Marketing Campaign Management:Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote products/services, including content creation for social media and marketing materials.
• Market Research:Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, understand customer needs, and analyze market trends.
• Client Relationship Management:Maintain and build relationships with existing and new clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Sales Data Analysis:Analyze sales and marketing data to identify areas for improvement and track performance against goals.
• Reporting & Collaboration:Prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders and collaborate with other teams, including sales, marketing, and product development.
• Product/Service Knowledge:Possess a strong understanding of the company's products/services and be able to effectively communicate their value to potential clients.
• Sales Target Achievement:Strive to meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the sales and marketing department.
• Other Duties:May include participating in exhibitions, conferences, and other promotional events.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Age below 40 years
• Proven sales experience and a strong understanding of sales strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools, such as CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• 2 wheeler and 4 wheeler license required
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
