Job Description: Marketing Assistant Location: Siddhi Vinayak Institute of Medical Science, Patna Department: Marketing & Outreach Position Type: Full-Time Support in Campaign Execution: Assist the marketing team in planning, executing, and monitoring promotional campaigns for courses, events, and hospital services both online and offline. Social Media & Content Coordination: Manage and update social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), respond to inquiries, and coordinate content creation for public awareness and student outreach. Help organise and promote institute events such as medical camps, health awareness drives, seminars, webinars, and admission campaigns. Maintain leads generated through inquiries, admissions, and events; follow up with potential students and patients via phone calls, emails, or WhatsApp .Coordinate the creation and distribution of brochures, banners, standees, leaflets, and other print/digital materials. Support coordination with advertising agencies, printing vendors, local media houses, and digital partners for smooth campaign execution. Assist in collecting data on competitor institutes/hospitals, track emerging trends, and prepare periodic performance reports for the marketing manager.
