AI-savvy Marketing & Sales Manager

You're comfortable wearing multiple hats, moving between strategy sessions and hands-on campaign execution. You see AI not as a threat but as a multiplier for human creativity and productivity.

You're equally at home analyzing conversion funnels and talking to prospects. You think in terms of experiments, not campaigns. Customer Acquisition (50%)

  • Organic Growth

    : Develop and execute comprehensive SXO (Search Experience Optimization) and SEO strategies to drive qualified inbound traffic
  • Paid Acquisition

    : Design and optimize multi-channel campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, social media, and emerging AI-native platforms
  • Conversion Optimization

    : Build and refine conversion funnels, landing pages, and customer journeys that turn visitors into users
  • Performance Analytics

    : Track, analyze, and optimize CAC, LTV, conversion rates, and other key growth metrics

Sales Enablement (30%)

  • Pipeline Development

    : Work directly with prospects to understand pain points and demonstrate value
  • Sales Collateral

    : Create compelling case studies, comparison guides, and ROI calculators
  • Product Positioning

    : Craft messaging that resonates with our target personas and differentiates us from competitors
  • Demo Support

    : Participate in high-value demos and sales conversations to refine messaging and gather market insights

Team Leadership (20%)

  • Strategic Direction

    : Help shape marketing strategy and roadmap in collaboration with leadership
  • Team Collaboration

    : Work cross-functionally with product, sales, and customer success teams
  • Mentorship

    : Guide and develop junior marketing team members
  • Innovation

    : Introduce new tools, tactics, and AI-powered marketing approaches

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years

    in B2C/B2B SaaS marketing and sales roles with proven customer acquisition track record
  • AI Knowledge

    : Understanding of AI/ML technologies and ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
  • SXO & SEO Expertise

    : Proven success in search optimization, content strategy, and organic growth
  • Paid Acquisition Mastery

    : Experience managing monthly ad budgets across multiple channels
  • Technical Aptitude

    : Familiarity with marketing automation, SocialMedia managment, content genration and distibution CRM systems, and modern martech stack
