B2B Sales Associate - AI SaaS - US and EU Markets hyderabad 1 - 3 years INR 4.0 - 6.0 Lacs P.A. Remote Full Time

Primary Objective Your key responsibility is to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth by identifying high-potential leads, engaging with decision-makers, and converting them into long-term clients. Role & responsibilities Lead Generation & Prospecting Identify and research potential B2B leads in the US/EU via tools like Apollo, LinkedIn, Crunchbase, etc. Build, manage, and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools. Conduct outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls. Sales Execution Qualify leads through discovery calls and product presentations. Understand customer pain points and position our AI solutions effectively. Deliver product demos using Zoom/Meet, tailored to the buyer's context. Handle objections and navigate enterprise buying processes. Relationship Management Build long-term relationships with key stakeholders across sales cycles. Collaborate with pre-sales, Marketing and product teams to customize solutions. Reporting & Optimization Track performance metrics (MQL to SQL conversion, deal velocity, etc.). Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and product gaps. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Qualifications 13 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience (AI/SaaS preferred). Experience with outbound sales to international markets (US/EU). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator. Passion for technology and ability to understand AI product capabilities. Ability to work independently and manage time across global time zones Preferred But Not Mandatory Prior experience in AI/ML/Conversational AI or meeting intelligence solutions Experience in founder-led sales teams or startup environments Why Join Us?
