Collaborate with pre-sales, Marketing and product teams to customize solutions. Reporting & Optimization Track performance metrics (MQL to SQL conversion, deal velocity, etc.). Provide feedback on market trends, objections, and product gaps. Consistently meet or exceed sales quotas and KPIs. Qualifications 13 years of B2B SaaS or enterprise sales experience (AI/SaaS preferred). Experience with outbound sales to international markets (US/EU). Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills. Familiarity with sales tools like HubSpot, Apollo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
