Marketing and Sales Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential clients for promoting products/services and generating new business leads.
  
• Perform lead generation, prospecting, and qualifying opportunities through calls, emails, and social media outreach.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to support long-term business growth.
  
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across online and offline platforms.
  
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify business trends and opportunities.
  
• Support the sales team with follow-ups, scheduling meetings, and managing CRM / lead tracking databases.
  
• Participate in client meetings, product demos, and presentations when required.
  
• Assist in preparing sales proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.
  
• Manage social media pages and support content creation for posts, reels, and promotional content.
  
• Track campaign performance, prepare reports, and present insights to the team.

Preferred candidate profile

• Experience with CRM tools, Canva, or email marketing platforms is an advantage.
  
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing tools (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads) will be preferred.

• Excellent verbal communication skills and confidence in conducting calling activities.
  
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  
• Basic understanding of sales cycle, lead management & marketing concepts.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with social media platforms.
  
• Ability to handle client interactions professionally and work in a fast-paced environment.
